I earned my MSW from Boston College's School of Social Work and a BA in sociology from the College of the Holy Cross. I recently completed advanced training through the Psychoanalytic Studies Program at the Washington Baltimore Center for Psychoanalysis. After finishing my masters degree at Boston College, I practiced clinical social work in various settings including schools and both inpatient and outpatient hospitals. After finishing my master’s degree at NYU, I have practiced social work in a variety of settings including, schools (elementary, middle, high school), outpatient hospitals, and with family-focused counseling agencies. I have practiced as a licensed social worker in New York City, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Washington DC, and always with children, adolescents, and /or their families. Most recently I worked for the Christ Child Society in Washington D.C. as a school counselor at Don Bosco Cristo Rey High School in Takoma Park, Maryland. As a native Washingtonian, returning home was always a goal, and I was able to make it back to the area in 2015.
