Do you accept insurance?

We are out-of-network providers. This means we collect full session fees from you and provide documentation (called a Superbill) that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. The Superbill contains all the information necessary for the insurance carrier to process your claim. We encourage you to contact your insurance company prior to your first appointment to determine your out patient mental health benefits.

How does billing work? What form of payment are accepted?

Please contact us for session rates. We accept payment via all major credit cards and/or checks payable to Fenwick Counseling Group.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Please send an email to info@fenwickcounselinggroup.com with some general information about yourself or your child. We will respond promptly to help schedule an introductory session.

How long are your sessions?

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes unless discussed with your clinician.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Where are you located?

We are located at 4339 Montgomery Avenue in Bethesda, MD and happy to provide therapy in person.

Do you offer Telehealth?

Yes. Our Telehealth tools are fully secure and HIPAA-compliant.
